Princess Party.

Ella Grace is 3!
We celebrated with family in the utmost girliest way. The theme was Princesses and Springtime, mainly because Ella wanted both princesses and flowers, and hey, why should a girl have to choose. The night before and morning of, Matt and I put up a few girly details. I regret that I don't have a picture of all the streamers Matt put up on the ceiling-very royal.
Matt thought this looked like a group of little mice put it up:)

Per Ella's requet, chocolate flower cupcakes. This was the first time I didn't' do a big cake, but I was okay with it.

Yeah! Party Time!

Oh to be 3!

Enjoy!

Ella obviously chose a purple frosted cupcake.

Present time! My parents have a personal mission to find a singing card for every birthday...this one did the chicken dance-a crowd favorite.

Ella was the first grandchild to get a piggy bank for her birthday made by Papa (my dad). He used the same design to make a piggy bank in high school, and decided that he would make one for each kid.

This photo accurately depicts what went on for the remainder of the party. The kids, particularly the girls were putting on a parade-only I thought parades were suppose to be slow.

I love Ella's sweet heart-she's especially affectionate towards all her grandparents. Here she is with Papa.

Just when we thought it was (finally) over, my parents decided to bring in another gift. A princess bicycle! Ella was really excited about it, then all the kids took turns riding it in the house from the front door to the back door (with Papa walking beside).

My nephew Kendon especially loved the bike. When someone else was on he would make sure to stay close by and say "my turn next".

It was a great day and we are so thankful to all our loving family. We especially are thankful for our little princess Ella. I can't believe she is 3!
